I really haven't fallen off the face of the earth...really.

This past weekend was my 10 year high school reunion in Florida (yep, that's me giving you a hint at my age...gasp!). I had a wonderful time catching up with old friends and having a MUCH NEEDED visit with my family.

So, I'm back now, and today my husband had his 1,2,3,4...5th! knee surgery. I'm going to start buying birthday cakes for these occasions, because I think that would make it just a little bit more bearable, don't you?

So, what does all this have to do with writing? Nothing. Wait, no, that's not true. It has EVERYTHING to do with writing. Because remember that whole Story of the Five Balls? Well, I've had to put it into practice this week. Writing is one of those balls that will bounce, and my family is one that can break.

All that to say, posting will be light until I can get my man back to good health! I hope you'll stick around and not forget about lil' ol' me!!! And if you do, well you can safely assume I'll cyber stalk you until you come back! ;P

  1. Your absense was noticed. I think we all understand, though. Take care of your family and rejoin the cyber world when you can. Take care!

  4. I had my 10 year reunion this summer so you aren't THAT old :). Hope the knee surgery goes well, and I hope it's the last!

  6. Glad you're back (-ish). I'm glad you shared that analogy the other week. I've had to learn some juggling techniques myself of late.

    Prayers for your husband.
